1. Preparation before booting
Check whether the host, connector, pipeline and valve are in a good state and run normally.
2. Put up
(1). Open the power supply of the compressor, the dust collector pressure valve and the main air valve, turn on the power switch of the airflow crusher, and turn on the power switch.
(2), from scratch and gradually adjust it to the specified speed.
(3), open the fan, whirlwind, dust, charge the motor, turn on the total power box, set the frequency of the inverter, and then start charging.
(4), the particle size of the finished product can be adjusted according to the frequency of the hierarchical wheel and the load.
3. The order of shutdown and stopping is: Inverter -feeder -main air air valve -compressor -grade impeller motor -whirlwind material, dust switch -fan -total power -air compressor.
4. Maintenance
(1), the motor should be lubricated regularly, but the oil should not be too much, so as to avoid excessive temperature of the bearings.
(2), the wear of the impeller, spiral conveyor and broken nozzle is very important.
(3) After the material is broken, the rubber powder in the machine should be cleaned to avoid blocking and affect the broken effect.
(4) After a period of time, the filter bag should be cleaned or replaced.

(1), when the uninstalled device is running, it cannot reach the uninstalled exit to avoid accidents.
(2) The speed of the impeller should not exceed the regulations, otherwise the temperature is too high, and the impeller and the motor opportunity are damaged.
(3), check valve regularly to ensure reliability.
